TIGERS OUTLAST BETHEL PARK, WIN
SEVENTH STRAIGHT WPIAL TITLE
Much
like it did a season ago in the semifinals, Bethel Park pushed the
Tigers to the brink Thursday evening at Baldwin in the WPIAL Class AAA
championship. However, once again, North Allegheny prevailed in five
sets, this time sealing the school’s seventh straight WPIAL crown. Set

BLUE DEVILS EDGE TIGERS FOR
LACROSSE TITLE, 9-8
The North Allegheny Tigers came up just short on claiming
their first ever WPIAL lacrosse championship falling to Mount Lebanon,
9-8, on Thursday night. Things started off great for the Tigers when
Grant Page intercepted a clearing pass from goalie Will Nabors and
scored just ten seconds in to give the Tigers a 1-0 lead. (More)

LADY TIGERS ROLL OVER PETERS
TOWNSHIP, ON TO TITLE GAME
The North Allegheny
Varsity Softball Team advanced to the W.P.I.A.L. AAAA Championship Game
with a 7-4 victory over the Peters Township Indians at Fairhaven Park on
Wednesday afternoon. Sami Beining earned her tenth win of the
season in a complete game performance in which she scattered eight hits
while striking out six. The Tiger offense supported Beining with a
twelve-hit attack that produced seven runs, including five in the top of
the sixth inning. (More)

For student athletes interested in
continuing their athletic career at an NAIA college,
