NA wrangles Rams

The Tigers traveled to Treesdale Country Club in pursuit of their next victory, taking on the Rams of Pine-Richland in a competitive matchup. North Allegheny came out strong, fueled by an impressive one-under-par 35 from senior Liam Cooper.
The Rams kept the match close, but the Tigers’ depth proved decisive. Senior Colin Ward fired an even-par 36, followed by a solid 37 from senior Ravi Desai, a 38 from senior Preston Troiano, and a 42 from junior Kyle Seidl. Together, their efforts were enough to edge out the Rams and secure the win.
Pine-Richland was led by Owen Thompson, who also carded a one-under 35.
With the victory, North Allegheny improves to 11-1 overall and 4-1 in section play. The team will take the weekend to regroup and prepare for a key rematch against WPIAL and PIAA contender South Fayette on Monday at 3 p.m.
