Sweeps keep coming as North Allegheny takes down Butler
North Allegheny hosted the Butler Golden Tornado at UPMC Court on Thursday night in a section battle. The Tigers have won every match this season via the sweep and that did not change on Thursday as NA defeated Butler by set scores of 25-13, 25-16 and 25-23.
Brendan Moore led the way offensively with 17 kills. He also had an ace. Peter Bratich had seven kills and four blocks. Will Robertson had six kills, an ace and two blocks. Nathan May added five kills and two aces. Josh Chou also had two aces from the service line. Jackson Failla and Elliot Swierczynski each dished out 15 assists. Emmett Morris and Nicholas DiPrato each had two.
North Allegheny improves to 8-0 overall and 6-0 in the section. The Tigers return to action on Tuesday when they travel to Seneca Valley to take on the Raiders at 7 p.m. in another section clash.
