North Allegheny battles elements to defeat New Castle

The North Allegheny Tigers battled through the wind and weather Thursday afternoon, cruising past the New Castle Hurricanes in a 178–211 section victory!
Leading the way for the Tigers was Senior Kyle Seidl, firing an impressive 2-under-par 34. Junior Jayden Park and Freshman Jake Hendrick each added 1-under-par 35s, while Junior Ashok Venkat posted an even-par 36. Sophomore Roman Habib rounded out the Tigers’ scoring with a 38.
New Castle was led by Matt Greco, who carded a 38.
With another section win in the books North Allegheny improves to 6-0 overall and 3-0 in the section. The Tigers turn their attention to next week, when they’ll tee it up against the Butler Golden Tornado at 3:30 pm.
