Five Tigers qualify for WPIAL Individual Championships
On Monday, September 21, six members of the North Allegheny boys golf team traveled to Saxon Golf course looking to qualify for the WPIAL Individual Tournament. Five Tigers ended up making the cut getting to the WPIAL Individual Championships.
Freshman Jake Hendrick led all North Allegheny members with a one-over par 73, placing third in the qualifier. Seniors Kyle Seidl, Ben Ha, junior Jarden Park and sophomore Roman Habib all carded 76’s, or four-over par making the cut. The cut line was five-over par, 77.

A total of 16 out of 42 golfers from seven different teams made the cut and advanced to the Individual tournament starting next week at Hannahstown Golf Course in Greensburg, PA.
