Three Tigers punch ticket to WPIAL Final Round

Five members of the North Allegheny boys golf team headed to Hannahstown Golf Club for the WPIAL Individual Championships – First Round on Monday. Three members punched their ticket to the final round by being in the top 36 scorers.
Freshman Jake Hendrick led the Tigers in scoring a +2 over 72 on the par 70 course. Junior Jayden Park carded a (+6) 76 and Senior Ben Ha a (+7) 77. The highest score making the cut was a +8 (78).
Sophomore Roman Habib posted a +9 (79) and Senior Kyle Seidl finished with a +12(82) missing the cut.
The three golfers will play next Monday at Sewickley Heights for a chance to participate in the PIAA Individual tournament held October 19-21.
The Tigers as a team are back in action tomorrow hosting Franklin Regional for a non-section match.
