Boys Golf places third at WPIAL Team Championships
North Allegheny traveled to Cedarbrook Golf Club to take part in the WPIAL Team Championships on Thursday morning. The Tigers shot a team score of 389, good enough for third place and four shots behind South Fayette, who took home WPIAL gold.
Ravi Desai and Colin Ward each shot 75s for NA. Preston Troiano carded a 78 while Liam Cooper fired an 80. Mike Huet added an 81 and Kyle Seidl contributed an 87.

That concludes the team portion of the season for the Tigers. North Allegheny finishes with a 17-3 overall record and a 12-2 section record, which was good enough to claim the section title (their second in a row). This is the third consecutive year the Tigers have gotten to the WPIAL Team Championship.
While the team portion of the year is over. Desai and Ward will be competing in the PIAA Individual Championships on October 20 and 21 at Penn State Golf Course.
