Isla Abrams Named All-WPIAL
The All-WPIAL teams for girls’ lacrosse were released this week and North Allegheny senior Isla Abrams was one of 14 players to be named to the Class 3A list. Abrams was also named first-team All-Section 2-AAA last week.
The multi-sport standout, Abrams was tabbed All-WPIAL for the North Allegheny field hockey team this past fall. In field hockey, Abrams was NA’s leading scorer with 20 goals. For the girls’ lacrosse squad, Abrams was second on the squad with 46 markers. The transfer from Winchester Thurston netted 147 career goals, including 99 while at North Allegheny.
