Kate Stamper Chooses Carnegie Mellon University For Track & Field

North Allegheny senior Kate Stamper signed her letter of intent on Friday to continue her academic and track and field career at Carnegie Mellon University

As a senior, Stamper was a member of the North Allegheny girls’ track and field team that won silver at the WPIAL championships earlier this month. At CMU, Stamper will join a women’s track and field program that placed 22nd at the All-Atlantic Region Championships (NCAA – Division III).

Stamper will major in Business Administration at Carnegie Mellon. She is pictured above with her parents Soo Lee and John Stamper, and North Allegheny head coach John Neff.
