Lazzaro, Sudo Compete At WPIAL Individual Semifinal

Junior Martin Lazzaro and senior Mike Sudo represented the Tigers at the WPIAL Class AAA Semifinal Individual Qualifier on Tuesday and performed admirably.  Lazzaro shot a 79 at the Par 70 Cranberry Highlands Golf Club, finishing 13th on the scorecard and has been designated an alternate for the WPIAL Finals on October 2.  Sudo shot an 83 and missed the cut.  Baldwin’s Zach Taylor was tops on the day with a three-under par, finishing with a 67. The Tigers will return to team action on Wednesday with a home tri-match against Pine-Richland and Franklin Regional.  Tee-time is at 3:30 pm.
