
NA Earns Measure Of Revenge At Pine-Richland
The North Allegheny boys’ golf team traveled to Treesdale Country Club on Thursday to seek revenge for an early season loss to the Rams of Pine-Richland. The Tigers were led by an even par 36 from junior Jake Watterson and earned a 201-209 victory.
Along with Watterson’s fine performance, junior Collin Wang shot a 1-over 37. Sophomore Chris Hoffman chipped in with a 40, freshman Ravi Desai added a 43 and senior Ethan Byrne posted a 45. Pine-Richland was paced by Liam Daniello with a 2-under 34.
North Allegheny jumps to 8-2 overall and 5-2 in section play. The Tigers are headed to Pittsburgh Field Club on Friday for the Fox Chapel Invitational. NA will resume section play on Monday at Butler.
