NA Falls At State College in Opener
The North Allegheny field hockey team opened the season against District 6 power State College on Saturday afternoon and dropped a 9-1 decision to the Little Lions.
The Tigers lone goal came with 6:40 to play in the second quarter by senior Isla Abrams. However, the Little Lions controlled the game much of the way to earn the win in the season opener.
Following the non-section tuneup, North Allegheny will visit Fox Chapel on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m.
