NA Jumps Back Into Win Column With Triumph At Seneca Valley
The North Allegheny boys’ golf team traveled to Cranberry Highlands Golf Course on Wednesday afternoon to challenge the Seneca Valley Raiders and walked away with a 195-204 section win.
Leading the charge was sophomore Colin Ward with a clubhouse best 2-over par 38. Sophomores Ravi Desai and Liam Cooper, as well as senior Jake Watterson all shot a 39. Junior Chris Hoffman chipped in with a 40 to seal the victory. Seneca Valley was paced by Nick Kaufman’s score of 39.
Snapping a brief two-match losing skid, North Allegheny jumps to 11-3 overall and 6-3 in the section. The Tigers will visit Franklin Regional for a non-section match on Thursday.
