NA Sinks Shaler For Section Win
The North Allegheny boys’ golf team traveled to battle the Titans of Shaler on Friday afternoon and came away victorious, 189-203. The Tigers were led by seniors Luke Minsky and Julian Rau with a pair even par 36’s. Teague Urban followed with a 38, Ryan Myer chipped in a 39 and Scott Fitzgerald added a 40. Shaler was paced by Tanner Grzegorczyk who shot a 36.
The victory evens North Allegheny’s section record at 1-1 and improves the team’s overall record to 3-2. The Tigers host Pine-Richland for another section match on Monday.
