NA Tallies Season-Low Score In Victory at Penn-Trafford
The North Allegheny boys’ golf team picked up a non-section road victory against Penn-Trafford on Tuesday afternoon, 181-193, at Manor Valley Golf Course.
The Tigers posted their best score of the season thanks in part to a 3-under par 32 from sophomore Ravi Desai and a 2-under par 34 from senior senior Colin Rende. Junior Chris Hoffmann shot a 37, while senior Jacob Phrampus and sophomore Colin Ward each shot a 39. Penn-Trafford was led by David Newsom, who shot a 32.
Following the non-section win, North Allegheny improves to 7-1 overall. The Tigers return to section play on Wednesday with a visit to Butler Country Club to take on the Mars Planets.
