NA upends Shady Side Academy
North Allegheny welcomed Shady Side Academy for a non-section showdown and walked away with another mark in the win column at North Park on Thursday afternoon.
Setting the pace were a trio of blistering 3-under-par 33s from seniors Ravi Desai and Mike Huet, along with junior Kyle Seidl. Senior Liam Cooper followed close behind with a sharp 2-under-par 34, while seniors Preston Troiano and Colin Ward each added steady even-par 36s to seal the victory.
Shady Side Academy’s top effort came from Jack Begg, who matched the low round of the day with a 33.
With momentum building, the Tigers now turn their attention to Friday’s road trip to Slippery Rock for a key section clash against Butler.
