NAVB rolls over Moon
North Allegheny traveled to Moon High School on Tuesday night in a battle of the Tigers and a section contest. NA made quick work of Moon, sweeping them by set scores of 25-14, 25-11 and 25-16.
Matt Chou led the Tigers offensively with eight kills. Peter Bratich had four kills and two blocks. Johnny Mosbacher added four kills while Henry Dorn had four kills and two aces. Brendan Moore had two blocks at the net while Will Robertson had two aces from the service line. Cole Galupi had five digs defensively. Jackson Failla dished out 13 assists while Elliot Swierczynski had 12.
North Allegheny improves to 7-0 overall and 5-0 in the section. The Tigers return to action on Thursday when they host Butler at UPMC Court at 4:45 p.m. This match will be broadcast live on the North Allegheny Sports Network.
