Ravi Desai’s record-breaking performance leads NA to win over Pine-Richland

The Tigers hosted co-section leader Pine-Richland at North Park on Wednesday in a pivotal matchup. Senior Ravi Desai stole the show with a record-breaking 7-under-par 29, while fellow senior Colin Ward followed closely with a stellar 4-under-par 32. Their outstanding rounds propelled the Tigers to a decisive victory over their section rivals.
Adding to the strong team performance, junior Kyle Seidl carded a 37, while seniors Preston Troiano and Liam Cooper each turned in solid 39s. Pine-Richland was paced by a trio of 39s from Adam Penning, Cooper Hawinkberry, and Mike Pifer.
With the win, the Tigers improved their section record to 7–2 and moved to 14–3 overall. They’ll look to keep the momentum going today as they host Butler in another key section matchup at North Park Golf Course.
