Three Tigers Land All-State Laurels
Three members of the North Allegheny boys’ volleyball team were named All-State by the Pennsylvania Volleyball Coaches Association for the 2023 season.
In addition to recently being named to the Post-Gazette’s All-Area Team, senior outside hitter Jax Wilhite earned first-team All-State recognition from the PVCA. Senior middle hitter Varun Kaveti and junior setter Nicolas Carioto received all-state honorable mention laurels.
All three all-state performers were vital in North Allegheny’s WPIAL runner-up finish this past spring and 11-5 overall record.
