Tigers Beat Indians In Final Section Match
The North Allegheny boys’ golf team hosted section rival North Hills on Thursday and defeated the Indians, 199-211. In the final section match of the season, the Tigers were paced by Ryan Dougherty who shot a 35. Junior David Mrazik tallied a 39, followed by sophomore Luke Minsky who shot a 40. Noah Wessell notched a 42 and Pat Narduzzi rounded out the scoring with a 43. North Hills was led by Johnny Stewart who shot a 40.
With the win, North Allegheny sits at 10-3 overall and 8-2 in section action. The Tigers travel to Blackhawk for a non-section tri-match on Monday with the Cougars and Ambridge Bridgers.
