Tigers down Blue Devils

North Allegheny hit the road to Mt. Lebanon for their annual early season non-section showdown and battled their way to a hard-fought 178-180 victory on Tuesday afternoon at Mt. Lebanon Municipal Golf Course.
Senior Ravi Desai led the field with another stellar sub-par round, firing a 33. Senior Colin Ward followed closely with an even-par 35, while senior Mike Huet and junior Kyle Seidl each delivered solid 36s. Senior Liam Cooper rounded out the scoring with a steady 38.
With the win over the Blue Devils, the Tigers improve to 6-0 overall while holding a 1-0 mark in section play. North Allegheny returns to action today, hosting Knoch at North Park. First tee time is set for 3 p.m.
