Tigers tripped up by Pine-Richland
North Allegheny traveled to Pine-Richland High School to take on the Rams in a Section 1-3A contest on Thursday night. After a scoreless first period, the Rams scored two goals in the second and one in the third, and the Tigers fell by a score of 3-0.
Alaina Roth made nine saves in net.
North Allegheny falls to 3-5-3 overall and 3-3-1 in the section. Pine-Richland improves to 8-3 overall and 6-0 in section play. The Tigers return to action on Saturday when they host Magnificat from Ohio at Newman Stadium at noon. That match will be broadcast on the North Allegheny Sports Network.
