SEVERAL TIGERS MAKE MARK AT
WPIAL INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS

(2/18/12) North Allegheny’s Brooke Mancuso, Kyle Shivetts, and Vincent Tonzo were among the Tigers who shined at the WPIAL Indoor Track Championships on Saturday at Edinboro.  Mancuso earned a fourth place finish in the Girls Pole Vault competition with a 10-06.00.  In the Boys 60 Meter Dash, Shivetts placed fourth with a time of 7.06.  Tonzo took fourth in the 1 Mile Run with a time of 4:26.59 and also helped the Tigers to a fifth place finish in the Boys 4x400 Meter Relay.  Tonzo, along with Brandon Merry, Ryan Shriver and Brice Merry all posted a time of 3:32.50 in the 4x400 Meter. Rounding out the day, Alex Zagorski took eighth place in the Boys High Jump with a 5-11.00.
