Swartz, Morningstar Named First Team All-Section 3
Five Lady Tigers have been named to the Class AAA All-Section 3 team. Receiving first team recognition was senior middle hitter Meg Morningstar and a junior outside hitter Lauren Swartz. Earning second team laurels were senior middle hitter Bree Blair, junior outside hitter Annika Chang, and junior outside hitter Tayler Ricketts. The North Allegheny Girls’ Volleyball Team reached the WPIAL finals this fall and is 13-7 on the season. The Lady Tigers will take part in the PIAA tournament beginning with a first round matchup with State College on Tuesday night.
