NA Earns Road Win At Fox Chapel, 3-1
The North Allegheny girls’ volleyball team picked up a section road win on Tuesday night with a 3-1 triumph at Fox Chapel. The Tigers earned the victory by set scores of 25-8, 25-27, 25-15 and 25-8.
Junior Paige Morningtar, a Louisville recruit, led the team in kills with 17. Senior Hannah Phillips totaled 11 kills and Maddi Curran added 10 kills. Senior Abby Miller notched seven kills and kept Fox Chapel off-balance with eight aces.
North Allegheny improves to 7-0 overall and 4-0 in Section 1-AAAA. The victory is NA’s 54th in a row. The Tigers will visit Seneca Valley on Thursday night.
