NAVB drops opener at Morgantown (WV)
North Allegheny traveled over state lines to Morgantown, WV, to take on the Mohigans. Morgantown got the better of the Tigers as NA fell in four sets by set scores of 26-28, 22-25, 25-21, 20-25.
Alicia Mokube had 12 kills for the Tigers to go along with two blocks. Molly Robertson added 10 kills and two aces. Geneva Adams contributed six kills while Paige Shanahan had four kills and a block. Keely McMahon-Regan dished out 29 assists and served up two aces. Reagan Riordan had 25 digs defensively, while Keira Duffy helped with nine. Dede Alualu had eight digs.
The Tigers are back in action on Thursday when they travel to Oakland Catholic to take on the Eagles at 7:30 p.m.
