Girls Volleyball hosts NA Invitational
North Allegheny spent Saturday at the comfort of UPMC Court for the NA Invitational. The Tigers posted a 5-7 record in the tournament.
Keely McMahon-Regan dished out 37 assists, had 14 digs defensively to go along with 13 kills, five aces and three blocks. Sydney Klaich had 17 assists while Lily Dent had 14. Keira Duffy led the Tigers defensively with 34 digs. She also had five aces. Reagan Riordan added 32 digs and three aces. Dede Alualu made 17 digs on the back line and also had five aces. Alicia Mokube led NA offensively with 31 kills. She also had 12 digs and six blocks. Luana Tripon added 14 kills while Paige Shanahan had eight with three blocks. Vivienne Deily-Nelson and Olivia Swoger each had two aces. Eva Pesci and Catie Cooper each had two blocks at the net.
McMahon-Regan hit a milestone over the weekend, eclipsing 1,000 career assists.

The Tigers return to section play on Wednesday when they host the Pine-Richland Rams at UPMC Court with the match starting at 7 p.m. This match will be broadcast on the North Allegheny Sports Network.
