Girls Volleyball win in straight sets at Mt. Lebanon
North Allegheny traveled to Mt. Lebanon High School for a non-section contest with the Blue Devils on Tuesday night. The Tigers made quick work of the Blue Devils winning in the straight sets by scores of 25-21, 25-21 and 25-17.
Ella Lange led NA with 11 kills. Alicia Mokube added 10 kills, a block and two aces. Paige Shanahan had six kills and an ace while Molly Robertson pitched in five kills, six assists, four digs and three aces. Lily Dent dished out 14 assists while Sydney Klaich had 10.
Vivienne Deily-Nelson led the Tigers defensively with 11 digs and also had four aces. Keira Duffy helped with 10 digs.
North Allegheny improves to 3-0 overall. The Tigers return to action on Thursday when they host Baldwin at UPMC Court a 7 p.m. This match will be broadcast on the North Allegheny Sports Network.
