Lady Tigers Get No. 2 Seed, Host Canon-Mac On Wednesday

The WPIAL released the Class AAA girls’ volleyball brackets this afternoon and the North Allegheny Tigers have received the No. 2 seed in this year’s tournament will host 15th-seeded Canon-McMillan on Wednesday evening at 7:30 pm. The Lady Tigers were the undefeated champions of Section 3-AAA with a 12-0 record and are looking to reach the WPIAL title match for the third straight season.  Canon-McMillan finished in third place in Section 2-AAA with a record of 7-5. Wednesday’s opening round playoff match between the Tigers and Big Macs will be broadcast live via the internet on the North Allegheny Sports Network.
