With the score tied 13-13, Molly Robertson got going to help NA expand the lead to 19-14 before eventually winning the set 25-21 to tie the score at 1-1. North Allegheny used key serves from Anna Bridges late in the third set to take set three 25-19 and put the Tigers one set away from another PIAA gold medal with a 2-1 lead.

Going into the fourth set, all momentum was with NA. In the set, Robertson and Alicia Mokube took over, with great settig from Keely McMahon-Regan and Jones. The Tigers cruised to a 25-16 set to clinch their eighth straight state title.

The Wright Automotive Player of the Game went to the North Allegheny seniors, Murphy, Bridges, Isabella Huwar, Jones, Hannah DeLucia, and Casten. These six finish their careers with an astonishing 83-4 record, with four section titles, three WPIAL Championships, one WPIAL runner-up, and four PIAA Championships. North Allegheny finishes another historic season with a 21-1 record. Congratulations to head coach Russ Hoburg and the entire staff and players on another amazing season!
