NAVB dominant in sweep over Seneca Valley
North Allegheny traveled to Seneca Valley High School to take on the Raiders in a Section 2-4A matchup. The Tigers were dominant all night beating the Raiders in straight sets by set scores of 25-22, 25-19, 25-13.
Dede Alualu had three aces from the service line and eight digs. Keira Duffy had two aces to go along with six digs. Reagan Riordan led the Tigers defensively with nine digs. She also had an ace. Molly Robertson had 16 kills offensively for NA along with six digs. Vivienne Deily-Nelson had five digs while Alicia Mokube added seven kills, five digs and two blocks. Carena Schiller pitched in eight kills. Keely McMahon-Regan dished out 29 assists, four blocks and an ace.
North Allegheny improves to 8-2 overall and 7-0 in the section. Seneca Valley falls to 6-6 overall and 2-5 in section play. The Tigers return to action on Thursday when they host North Hills at 7 p.m. This will be Middle School Recognition and their Pink Out Game along with being broadcasted on the North Allegheny Sports Network.
