He joins fellow senior attack/midfielder Johnny Castillo, who also announced his decision to play for Ohio Wesleyan University in recent months.
As an All-Section player in 2025, Sichak led the team in scoring with 46 total goals last season after netting the team’s second-highest total of 58 in his sophomore campaign. The junior now has 123 career goals after scoring his 100th career marker in a win over Springboro in early April. Sichak has been named All-MSLA Honorable Mention the last two seasons.
The Battling Bishops compete in the Division III Men’s Lacrosse as a part of the NCAC. OWU had a great season on the turf in 2025, finishing the year with a 15-4 overall record, including an 8-0 conference slate. The Bishops won the NCAC Championship over Denison, giving them an automatic berth in the NCAA DIII Playoffs. The season came to a close in the second round after a close loss to St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York.
