North Allegheny senior forward Sarah Schupansky has been named all-state by the Pennsylvania Soccer Coaches Association. It’s the second consecutive year Schupansky has received all-state accolades.

The all-state honor is in addition to numerous postseason laurels attained by the University of Pittsburgh commit. Schupansky was recently named first-team All-WPIAL, first-team all-section from the Big 56 Conference and the Moe Rosensteel Player of the Year for 2020.

Capping a fabulous career at North Allegheny, Schupansky netted a team-leading 24 goals in just 16 games during her senior season and led the Tigers to a second straight WPIAL title and first ever appearance in the PIAA championship game in Hershey. As a junior, Schupansky also led the team in scoring with 23 markers to help pave the way to the program’s first WPIAL championship in 2019. Schupansky finishes her tenure at North Allegheny with 60 career goals.
