VI.              Mini-Camp Report - Diane Thumma and Marilyn Wagner

Diane thanked all of the volunteers who stepped up this year.  A chairperson is needed for next year.  All of the money goes directly to the girls.  Mini-camp provides money for the banquet - meals for the cheerleaders and gifts for all squads 9th grade and up.  It is held the first full week after school is out.

VII.            Clothing Report - Sandy Mencini

All cheerleaders should have spankies, socks, body suits and gray hoodies.  Bows have been ordered and will have for game.  Shoes - all girls should have the correct size now.  Freshmen - Courtenay wants all girls to have fleece.  $40 will go on next account.  JLo jacket - Courtenay doesn't want as staple.  Wants JV and Freshmen to have.  Order needs to go in by the end of the week.

Tie Dye - All JV and Varsity have them.  Freshmen will need to have them.  White long-sleeve - new girls and Freshmen.

Each year the Varsity squad has one item just their own.  They will design a t-shirt.  Seniors want "seniors" included on the shirt.  Also looking into black baseball-type caps to wear on rain days - JV and Varsity.

Wool jackets are finished.  Megaphones - the stickers were incorrect, and the correct stickers will be picked up this week.  There are extra T-shirts and white paw shorts from mini-camp if anyone needs them.  Varsity windsuits are $55.  There will be an embroidery fee.

VIII,     Treasurer's Report - Ann Moss

Balance today is $24,373.12.  The question was raised as to whether the money is in an interest-bearing checking account.  At present it is not, but it will be checked into.

VIII.         Squad Reps

a.       Varsity - Joanne Vandergrift and Elizabeth Webber - Uniforms and pictures are done.  Signs have been painted for all games.  There will be one more sign painting before senior night.  Locker decorating night will be the night before any home game.  There are directives regarding locker decorating from the football coach which we will let the girls know.  Boosters supply candy and decorating materials.  Senior night locker decorating are the lockers in school.  The Boosters pay for the boys' decorating materials, and the cheerleader little sisters will decorate for the big sisters. The girls had a luncheon shower for Courtenay.  Thank you to Anthea Kachulis for coordinating this.  There will be emails or text messages if there are any last minute changes to schedules.  Roster lists are being distributed tonight.

b.      Junior Varsity - Linda Leo - The girls will cheer all home games and one away game which is the Butler game and also Monday games for sophomores.  There is no practice schedule yet, but it will be emailed when available.  It is unclear at this time as to how the Monday cheering will affect the tumbling schedule.

c.       Freshmen - Jane Marroni - There has been some concern regarding the fact that four Freshmen will be moving up to JV.  Awaiting a response from the athletic office regarding this.  Patti McClure from the athletic office said there will be a tryout, and they have reserved August 25th for that.

Next meeting will be held on Monday, September 15th in the Ponce Room of the Baierl Center
