The seventh-ranked Pine-Richland Rams used a big second half to top the North Allegheny Tigers on Tuesday night, 62-53, in a Section 3-AAAA contest. North Allegheny hosted the NA Diving Invitational on Saturday and the Tigers had several outstanding performances.
