The WPIAL champion Penn-Trafford Warriors earned a hard-fought 3-1 win over North Allegheny on Saturday in the quarterfinal round of the PIAA playoffs. Two North Allegheny defensive standouts have received both All-Section and All-WPIAL recognition this week. Juniors Greg Ferringer and Jack Kairys were named to the All-Section and All-WPIAL team as defensemen.
