Emma Fischer Inks Letter Of Intent With Seton Hill University
North Allegheny senior Emma Fischer signed her letter of intent on Thursday to continue her basketball and academic career at Seton Hill University.
A contributor to the team since her freshman season, Fischer has been one of North Allegheny’s top 3-point shooters. Last season, Fischer was named second-team all-section by the Big 56 Conference and helped North Allegheny to a 27-1 record and the program’s first PIAA championship. Fischer was also a part of back-to-back WPIAL championship teams in 2020 and 2021.
The Seton Hill University program and campus will be familiar territory for the Fischer family. Emma’s older sister Madelyn Fischer is currently a senior forward for the Griffins and also won back-to-back WPIAL crowns as a player at North Allegheny in 2017 and 2018.
