Seven Tigers Named All-Section, Manuel Montero Section Coach of the Year
The Big 56 Conference announced its Class 4A All-Section Teams on Thursday and eight members of the North Allegheny boys’ soccer team were named All Section, including three First-Team selections. Head coach Manuel Montero was named the Section 1-4A Coach of the Year.
First-team laurels went to junior forward Zach Nash, senior midfielder Arnav Patel and senior goalie Dante Accamando.
Earning second-team accolades were senior forward Luke Brady and junior midfielder Nathan Katari.
Big 56 honorable mention recognition went to sophomore Leonardo Yu and junior Caleb Rumberger.

The North Allegheny boys’ soccer team returns to action on Saturday night against Norwin in the WPIAL Class 4A championship game at 5:45 p.m. from Highmark Stadium.
