Three members of the North Allegheny boys’ soccer team have made their college choices official to continue their academic and athletic careers. Seniors Aidan Dyga (Allegheny College), Nate Stalter (Slippery Rock University) and Jakob Young (Baldwin Wallace Universit) all signed their letters of intent on Friday.

A stellar defenseman, Dyga also scored three goals this season and was named All-WPIAL and first team All-Section by the Big 56 Conference. Additionally, Dyga participated in the WPCA All-Star Game held in December.

Stalter, a defenseman, and Young, a center midfielder, also played important roles to North Allegheny’s suffocating defense that posted seven shutouts during the 2022 campaign.

Dyga will major in Economics at Allegheny College, with a minor in Computer Science. Stalter plans to major in Exercise Science at Slippery Rock. Young will study Data Analytics at Baldwin Wallace. All three athletes are pictured above.
