Three Tigers Named All-WPIAL by Western PA Soccer Coaches Association
The Western Pennsylvania Soccer Coaches Association released its All-WPIAL teams on Wednesday and three members for the North Allegheny boys’ soccer team were named to the Class 4A all-star team.
Senior goalie Dante Accamando, senior midfielder Arnav Patel and junior forward Zach Nash were each tabbed All-WPIAL for the 2023 season. Accamando has helped North Allegheny post five shutouts this season. Nash is North Allegheny’s leading scorer with 12 goals, followed by Patel with eight goals on the campaign.
All three players have played a pivotal role in North Allegheny’s 14-1-3 record so far this season. The Tigers will begin their bid for a WPIAL championship when they host Canon-McMillan on Saturday at 1:00 pm in the WPIAL quarterfinals.
