NA’s Playoff Opponents Announced At WPIAL Pairings Meeting
The WPIAL playoff pairings were released on Tuesday night and the North Allegheny Girls Basketball Team received the top-seed in the Class AAAA bracket. The 20-1 Lady Tigers, the champions from Section 3, will take on the Latrobe Wildcats in their playoff opener on Friday night at 6:30 pm at North Hills High School. The NA Boys garnered a three-seed for the second straight year behind fellow section rivals New Castle and Hampton. The Tigers open the playoffs against the Norwin Knights on Wednesday, February 19 at a site and time to be determined.
