NORTH ALLEGHENY VARSITY
NA's SEASON ENDS AT STATE PLAYOFFS The North Allegheny Bowling Team wrapped up their season over the weekend at the WPIBL State Championships in Limerick. With a fabulous performance all season long, the Tigers earned the right to compete at the state championships this past Friday and Saturday. The NA Boys’ finished in 10th place with a team score of 3871. Andrew Sinagra led the way for the Tigers with a total score of 599 and a game high score of 233. Deve Genauldi and Corey Mardorf posted total scores of 584 and 583 respectively. Ultimately in the boys' state final, Hempfield defeated Garden Spot 3-0. For the Lady Tigers, they finished in 11th place in the team qualifying round with a team score of 3488. Ryanne Tyler posted a team high 554, along with a game high score of 216. Tyler also competed in the Girls’ singles where she posted a score of 1114, but fell short of competing in the singles final. In the team competition, other Lady Tigers to post strong scores were Bethany Schopper with a 541 and Marlee Tyler with a 535. In the girls final, Shikellamy topped Butler 3-0. WPIBL GIRLS TEAM
