TIGER TEAMS DOWN HAMPTON AND
 PINE-RICHLAND

Both Tiger teams picked up victories over Hampton and Pine-Richland at the NAI course on Tuesday afternoon.  Junior Matt Jacob took first  overall to lead the boys to a 15-49 win over the Talbots and a 15-50 shutout of Pine-Richland.  Jacob's time of 16:13 was followed closely by junior Justin Taylor, sophomore Chase Broussard, junior Jake Holdcroft, junior Dan O'Brien, and sophomore Will Appman who were all in the 16's.

Junior Jackie Sokulski passed two Pine-Richland runners at the two-mile mark and went on to win in a personal best time of 19:52.  After the two Pine-Richland runners came in second and third, NA placed the next seven runners led by sophomore Alyssa TeKolste who was fourth and senior Marissa Butler in 5th place.

The wins improved the NA section records to 3-0 for both teams.  The Tigers will not be in action again until Saturday, September 30, when they travel to Carlisle for the Carlisle Invitational.  Meet time is scheduled for 10:00 am.
